SCR coolant control valves are used in Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems to regulate the flow of coolant, typically to the DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) tank, to manage the temperature of the DEF and prevent freezing or overheating.
These valves are crucial for maintaining the optimal operating temperature of the SCR system, ensuring efficient NOx (nitrogen oxide) reduction.
